I called early afternoon and they said they’d fit us in the last call of the day. He gave me a heads up when they headed my way and they showed up as promised. They finished up in the dark with flashlights. He gave advice on what to do in the future. Explained issues in a clear concise manner. 100% polite and professional. Thanks Randy!

Highy Recommend / Previous Owner
I recently bought an 1860’s limestone house with beautiful old trees. The previous owner said to call Randy to take care of the tree roots once a year. I did and now I would never trust another person to work on this historic home. He showed up the same afternoon and left without a trace. He is clearly dedicated to the homes and people he serves. I could give no higher recommendation and everything has worked perfectly ever since.

Didn't give up
My sewer line has backed up into my basement via the floor drain several times in the last year. Despite having other companies come out, the problem wasn’t identified. Randy took a genuine interest and put a lot of effort into problem solving. I can’t say enough good things about his knowledge and dedication.

Reliable, honest, and affordable
Randy came to the rescue when the sewer backed up into the bathtub in our new house. We were initially unable to recreate the issue so he suggested we wait and see if it happened again rather than charging us for what could potentially be unnecessary work. When the issue occurred again a few weeks later, he came back, determined that tree roots were the problem and quickly took care of the issue. A great local business!
Ten years ago, we had a back-up and called Randy to come out. He correctly diagnosed a broken line, and referred us to a company to fix it. We had another backup recently and called Randy again. He quickly cleared tree roots from the line. I would recommend him to anyone and will be using him again as necessary.

Great Guy / Fantastic Job!
I had water coming out of floor drain in basement, called around and I was referred to Randy by another plumbing company. I called and he returned my called within minutes, he showed up exactly when he said he would be here, and fixed my issue right away. It was a rare find of honest, AFFORDABLE pricing, with great customer service. I’ll never call anyone else! Only bad part of whole deal was the money I wasted renting a machine to try to fix myself, lesson learned!!

Would Not Call Anyone Else
Randy is the only one I call when I have a drain issue. He was the guy my landlord called to clean out tree roots when I was renting a house over 15 years ago. Today Randy went above and beyond to help me clean a bad clog in an underground sump pump drain. He helped me dig up the pipe when it could not be cleared and then cut the pipe to find the issue. When he got the clog cleared, he helped me repair the line with a coupler he happened to have on the truck. No need for me to go to the hardware store! Knowledgeable, fast, friendly, hard-working, and fairly priced.
